  21. We need to convert files from "us ebcdic" to cp850.

  23. These files contain mostly names with accented characters.
  24. Unfortunately those files come from as/400 as "us ebcdic".
  25. (they should be "finnish ebcdic", or swedish, but this cannot be changed
  26. without reinstalling the system...)
  27.  
  28. Now we need a way to convert them either to dos cp850
  29. or unix 7 bit swedish, either by using "translate" or by
  30. using any script/program.
